Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept instructs the apartment management in West Jakarta to immediately form the Association of Flat Owners and Occupants (P3RS). Because there are 50 apartments have no the P3RS.

Head of Control and Cooperation Section, Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept, Abdul Haris disclosed, P3RS is to establish the stewardship of RT/RW in the apartment. 

"If not through this stage, RT/RW cannot be formed in the apartment," he stated, Thursday (3/17).

By so, his side cannot open civil documents service to the occupant.
